Donna Chess
Ever since I could hold a crayon, I’ve been creating art of some form or another. For many years art’s been my passion. It helps me to express myself and to tell the stories of my life through pictures. I also love the inward, quiet time that drawing and painting provide. I work mainly in watercolours and solarplate etching.
I have a BFA in Illustration from a tertiary school in California (where I grew up) , worked in illustration and graphic arts before moving to Australia and have shown artwork in several exhibitions.
